Intelivideo is an innovative Video-as-a-Service startup based in Denver helping creators and content owners manage, sell, and deliver their video content online.
As the head of marketing, I was responsible for rebranding and launching the business, as well as building the website, social media, and demand generation campaigns from the ground up. I also was responsible for running all of our ad and PR campaigns, video and content strategy, sales collateral and voice of customer, and completing a six-sigma product roadmap and prioritization plan for our mobile and desktop apps.
Intelivideo was role-up-your-sleeves combination of strategy and execution, and for the first time in my career I was working in data delivery and video, leading marketing, reporting to a CEO, presenting to a board, and sitting on an executive team. Luckily I was fortunate to work with a brilliant and inspired group of people and some truly great clients...and worked hard to made the most of it.
This is just a sampling of some of the 300+ GBs of strategy documents, email lists, wireframes, UX layouts, spreadsheets, and screenshots that were produced as we grew from a just a handful of videos delivered to hundreds of thousands sent to new users and devices in almost every country on earth.
